In long chat discussions, it's difficult to scroll back to previous user prompts. The user requests a way to quickly jump to their given prompts, suggesting a scrollbar similar to an editor's.
**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.** In a chat the "discussion" (questions and answers) can get quite long. Especially, if the answers are long (e.g. trough tooling actions) scrolling through it is hard to get to the last (or older) prompt inputs of the user. **Describe the solution you'd like** I would like to have a way to "jump" to the prompts I gave. How about having a scroll bar in the chat window similar to the editor, instead of the hiding scrollbar. In this scrollbar there could be marks, where the user entered a prompt - similar to the marks for search results. Or have a special scrollbar button (maybe double arrows up / down) next to the normal arrows to give jump actions.
