[Premiere Pro] Allow non-destructive cuts during multicam playback

User wants to be able to make new cuts during multicam playback without overwriting or ruining previously made cuts, similar to how it works in Resolve. They find it annoying to have to stop playback every time to make a change.

Hi, I've encountered a problem in Premiere Pro. Let's say I've made a lot of cuts between cameras and it looks great. But when I go back to review it to maybe make some changes, hit spacebar, and make a new cut during playback, I realize that all my previous cuts are gone once I hit pause! Why can't I just watch the video and make cuts where I want without ruining the existing ones? There must be an easy solution. I don't have this issue in Resolve, but I have to use Premiere this time... Of course I know that I can stop the playback but it's annoying that I have to stop every time I want to make change. HELP! thanks
